Role - Senior Interaction Designer
Location - India

Key Responsibilities 
• Analyze existing workflows to identify usability gaps, automation opportunities, and 
scalable design patterns. 
• Define interaction models that support guided decision-making, transparency, and 
explainability within an agentic system. 
• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes covering 
creation, validation, review, and exception-handling journeys. 
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure AI capabilities are seamlessly 
embedded into user experiences. 
• Create dev-ready design specifications in Figma, with clear annotations and interaction 
documentation. 
• Participate in design QA and ensure alignment with design system standards and 
governance guidelines. 

Required Skills & Experience 
• 4-6 years of experience in interaction or product design, ideally within enterprise, 
automation, or data-driven platforms. 
• Strong expertise in Figma and component-based design systems. 
• Proven ability to design for intelligent systems where humans and AI collaborate to 
complete complex workflows. 
• Strong information architecture and workflow design capabilities.

• Experience working closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in agile 
environments. 
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to reason design decisions clearly.
